Apply for Membership

EWFA welcomes applications from companies and organisations that are committed to supporting high standards, ethical conduct and the long-term development of the European window film industry. Membership applications are reviewed by EWFA and, as EWFA is a Chapter of the International Window Film Association (IWFA), are also subject to confirmation by the IWFA Board of Directors. The application process is designed to ensure transparency, professionalism and alignment with the values and objectives of the association.

Application Process

• Step 1 – Review Membership Categories & Membership Fees

Explore the different EWFA membership categories and membership fees and identify the option that best reflects your organisation’s activities within the window film industry. Membership eligibility requirements can be found on the Membership Categories and Membership Fees pages.

• Step 2 – Complete Online Application

Submit your application through this online form and provide the required information and supporting documentation. Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete to facilitate the review process.

• Step 3 – EWFA Review

Once received, your application will be reviewed by the EWFA Secretariat, the EWFA Council and, where necessary, the IWFA Board. Additional information or documentation may be requested during this stage.

• Step 4 – Membership Approval

Applicants meeting the relevant eligibility criteria will be formally approved for membership. An invoice for the applicable membership fee and confirmation of membership will then be issued.

• Step 5 – Welcome to EWFA!

Upon completion of the membership process, you will gain access to EWFA member benefits, resources, working groups and networking opportunities. We look forward to welcoming you to the European Window Film Association community.
