How To Apply
EWFA welcomes applications from companies and organisations that are committed to supporting high standards, ethical conduct and the long-term development of the European window film industry.
Membership applications are reviewed by EWFA and, as EWFA is a Chapter of the International Window Film Association (IWFA), are also subject to confirmation by the IWFA Board of Directors.
The application process is designed to ensure transparency, professionalism and alignment with the values and objectives of the association.
Application process
1. Complete the Membership Application Form
Applicants are invited to complete the EWFA Membership Application Form with their organisation details, industry activities and membership category request.
2. Review the EWFA Code of Ethics
All EWFA members are expected to conduct their activities in a professional, ethical and responsible manner that supports the reputation and integrity of the industry.
Applicants must agree to comply with the EWFA Code of Ethics.
3. Review the IWFA Exhibit A
As part of the IWFA framework, applicants must also acknowledge the IWFA Exhibit A regarding endorsed testing standards and methods.
This document supports transparency and credibility in technical claims and industry communications.

Completed application forms and supporting documents should be sent by email to info@ewfa.org
Applications are typically reviewed within approximately one calendar month.
Membership review
Membership applications are assessed based on:
- the organisation’s activity within the window film industry;
- alignment with EWFA and IWFA values and objectives;
- compliance with ethical and professional standards;
- and completeness of the application documentation.
EWFA reserves the right to request additional information where necessary.
